Questions
Do my team need to download an app?
No. SnagBook runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can add it to the home screen, and it then opens like any other app. There's a step-by-step guide for iPhone and Android in the built-in help.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited users, so anyone on site can report a snag.
Is it hard to set up?
A new SnagBook comes with the usual hotel areas, compliance checks and training courses already in place. Rename or remove what you don't need, add your contractors and you're running. Most sites are logging jobs within the hour.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can export everything at any time from Settings. It's your data.
What happens after the free trial?
Every feature is unlocked for the first 30 days. Then pick the plan that suits you, or carry on with Free. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Is our data kept private?
Yes. Each hotel's records are kept completely separate, everything travels over an encrypted connection, and files are only shared through links that expire. You can export or delete your data whenever you like.
